Joyous voices share God’s gift of music each Sunday morning. They rehearse every Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM following our LOGOS and AGAPE programs. They are under the direction of Henry Smiley, Choir Director.
Fifth Sunday Feasts
In the months during the year that have five Sundays, the entire congregation, visitors and friends are invited to enjoy a Fifth Sunday Feast during the Sunday School hour. These feasts are held in P. J. New Fellowship Hall.
Retreats
Donelson Presbyterian Church is committed to providing annual retreats that provide rest, spiritual renewal and growth, and opportunities for fellowship. These include an all-church retreat held at NaCoMe Camp and Conference Center during each fall, a women’s retreat each spring, and men’s and youth retreats held at varying times and locations.
Thanksgiving Dinner
Each year Donelson Presbyterian Church has an annual dinner together prior to Thanksgiving Day. It is usually held the Sunday before. The church furnished the turkey n’ dressing and each member brings a dish to share. The fellowship and food are fantastic!
Caroling and Chili Supper
Each Advent season we go caroling to some of our special members at home. This is for all ages. We split into groups to visit various area of town and members of our congregation. We then return to the church for a delicious chili supper. What fun!
Donut Fellowship
On the last Sunday of each month, the Congregational Enrichment Ministry treats the congregation to Donuts and beverages between Sunday School and Worship Service. Please feel free to join us between 9:45 am and 10:15 am in Founders’ Hall.
